It is a village very famous for its Castle and for the country residences.
The Scaligero Castle, of very ancient origin, erected at the beginning of the year 1000; it was razed by Ezzelino Romano and lately the Castle was rebuilt by the Scaligeri dynasty.
It still keeps a tuff bastion, a tower and some remains of the ancient walls. The legend tells that, that was the place, where many passional murders were committed.

Villa Pompei Sagramoso, a beatiful building, built at the beginning of the seventeenth century, it is composed by a central main body and two wings and by a long stable.
